Product Growth Associate
Pitch koax SaaS products to companies - koax DMS, koax PG Manager, koax Brokers. Cold outbound, demos, follow-ups, closing. You will be given the deck, ICP document, and product training on day one, then run a clean outbound motion against a focused target list.

The role
What you will do
- Run cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) against the ICP we hand you for each product.
- Book and lead discovery calls with prospects to understand fit and timing.
- Demo the product against the prospect's actual workflow, not a generic walkthrough.
- Handle objections, follow up cleanly, and close the contract.
- Coordinate with the product team for any non-standard requests or scoping needs.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and a weekly pipeline summary by product line.
What you will learn
- How B2B SaaS sales actually works - outbound, discovery, demo, objection handling, closing.
- How to read a prospect's real workflow and shape a demo around it.
- Working multi-product pipelines and switching context between three different ICPs.
- CRMs, pitch decks, ICP documents, demo flows, and follow-up playbooks.
- Direct mentorship from a co-founder - no middle layers.
Eligibility
Pre-final and final-year students from any stream are welcome to apply. We have seen strong performance from students in engineering, business, liberal arts, and humanities programs alike. Part-timers and full-timers looking for serious side work are equally welcome.

A note on compensation
For full transparency: this role offers a 100% performance-linked stipend. You earn 20% of every deal you close, paid within 7 days of the client invoice clearing. There is no fixed monthly base amount, and no upper cap on what you can earn.
We mention this upfront so applicants can self-select. The structure rewards motivated operators with significant upside, but it is not a fit for everyone, and we want you to make an informed choice before applying.
Cadence & expectations
We do not enforce hard quotas. The role is self-paced and results-led. As a soft target, aim for roughly one closed deal per month, more if you can. Top performers comfortably exceed that and stack multiple closes in a single cycle.
We expect weekly pipeline updates and prompt responses to customer conversations. Beyond that, when and how you work is entirely your call.
