Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us directly - when you submit a careers application, fill out our contact form, or email us. This includes your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, location, employment status, and the open-ended answers you provide.
• Information we receive automatically - minimal server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, referring URL) used to detect abuse and keep the site stable. We do not currently run a third-party analytics SDK on the site.
• Cookies - strictly-necessary cookies for the admin session (Supabase Auth) and a single sessionStorage flag to avoid replaying the loader animation on every page load. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To review and respond to job applications.
• To reply to enquiries you send via our contact form, email, or phone.
• To detect and prevent abuse (e.g. rate-limiting the apply endpoint).
• To comply with applicable Indian laws and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell your personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train large language models.

Applications and enquiries are stored in our managed Postgres instance on Supabase. Email notifications are delivered via Resend. Both providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf as sub-processors. Where possible we choose regions geographically close to India.

Job-application submissions are retained for up to 18 months from the date of submission unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

You have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information of yours we hold.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

Email info@koax.in with the subject "Privacy Request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access control, and least-privilege service keys. No system is 100% secure, but we treat each incident seriously and will notify affected users within 72 hours of confirming a breach that materially affects their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will always show when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via the site, and where appropriate, by email.
