koax is a software studio based in Bengaluru, India. The Site showcases our products and agency capabilities. Services delivered to clients are governed by a separate written agreement (an SOW or contract) which takes precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a careers application. By using the Site you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of our infrastructure without prior written permission.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to collect data from the Site beyond ordinary search-engine crawling.
• Use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

The Site, our products (koax PG Manager, koax DMS, koax Brokers, Baylish), the koax wordmark, and the content presented on the Site are owned by Koax Industries OPC Private Ltd or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to use our trademarks or copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

Open-source components used in our products are licensed under their respective licences and credited where required.

Submitting an application creates no employment, contractor, or partnership relationship between you and koax. Such a relationship is established only through a separate, signed offer or contract. Compensation terms communicated on the Site are indicative ranges and not a guarantee of any specific payout.

The Site links to third-party services and websites (including our product subdomains). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Visiting them is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, koax, its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site is limited to INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless koax, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top reflects when the Terms were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
